Updating a GIGABYTE motherboard can be done in multiple ways and users can do such with little to no effort required.
The first method would be using the Q-Flash feature wherein the user can directly flash the firmware BIOS from a flash drive downloaded from the GIGABYTE website.
Q-Flash requires this file system on the drive in order to read from it.
If you haven't installed Windows on your Hackintosh yet, then you can do this from a separate computer (it needs to be a Windows PC, unfortunately).
Download the latest/desired version from the manufacturer’s website, and double-click to extract the files within it.
Copy/Extract the files into a USB drive with FAT32/16/12 file system.
Oftentimes, the DSDT section of tonymacx86 will only offer DSDT files for certain BIOS versions.
If you checked your BIOS version, and you don't have a compatible version, then you'll have to update.
